Thank you for visiting Kitchen Chronicle. I write from the northern Green Mountains in Vermont, and this is the place where I document my musings on food, including eating it, growing it, and cooking it. I sometimes stray into travel and photography; I hope you don’t mind.
I have been eating gluten-free for the last six years and my interest in and appreciation for food has grown exponentially in that time. I don’t make a big fuss about eating gluten-free, it’s just the way it is in my kitchen. But I firmly believe that allergies do not a deprived eater make. So this will not be a blog about allergies and substitutions for gluten. What you can expect to find is good food, made from in-season and local ingredients (mostly).
